Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AirCal is a cleaning management platform designed for short-term rental property owners. The Service facilitates the coordination of cleaning jobs between property owners and cleaners, including automated scheduling via iCal calendar feeds, round-robin job assignment, notifications, and supply tracking and distribution.

By accessing or using AirCal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. User Roles

The Service supports the following user roles:

  • Owners subscribe to the Service, add and manage rental properties, connect Airbnb calendar feeds, and coordinate cleaning teams.
  • Cleaners accept cleaning job offers, complete assigned jobs, and report supply levels after each cleaning.

3. Account Terms

  • Authentication is handled via magic links sent to your registered email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and phone.
  • Each user may have only one account per email address or phone number.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Owner accounts require a paid monthly subscription. Payment is processed through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
  • Cleaner accounts are free and do not require a subscription.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

6. Data Ownership

Owners retain full ownership of their property data, booking data, and any content they upload to the Service. AirCal does not claim ownership of your data.

By using the Service, you grant AirCal a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

AirCal facilitates the coordination between property owners and cleaners but is not a party to any arrangement, agreement, or contract between owners and cleaners. AirCal is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of cleaning services performed.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIRCAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
  • You may request termination by contacting us at support@aircalapp.com.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 90 days. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice via email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Oklahoma.
