- Property names and addresses
- Booking data imported from iCal calendar feeds (guest check-in/check-out dates)
- Check-in and check-out times
Service Usage Data
- Cleaning job history and completion records
- Supply level reports
- Notification delivery records
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Match cleaning jobs with available cleaners through round-robin assignment.
- Send notifications about job offers, assignments, and deadlines via email and SMS.
- Track and manage supply levels and coordinate supply shipments to cleaners.
- Process subscription payments.
- Validate mailing addresses for supply shipments.
- Provide customer support.
- Improve and maintain the Service.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate AirCal:

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
- Upon account closure or subscription cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for data export requests.
- After the 90-day retention period, all personal data is permanently deleted.
- Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Delete your personal data (subject to the retention policy above).
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure server infrastructure, and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
